The House:
Built
in 1918 it has all the character and charm of a house you would expect from
that era. It is about 3,000 square feet
and is absolutely beautiful. I guarantee
that once you walk through the front door youll fall in love. There are hardwood floors throughout except
for tile in the kitchen & bathrooms. The common rooms are as follows and
will be shared amongst by all:

This bedroom's south and west
walls are basically all windows! If you enjoy sunlight and air, this is
the room for you. It is 13 x 13 and has a 3 x 4 walk in closet with
built in dressers and shelving. Hardwood floors. It shares a
9 x 10 bathroom (very large) that is located right across the
hall. The sun arrives in the afternoon as it faces south/west. Has an
A/C unit.

and some lite furnishings.) Can possibly come UNFURNISHED (let's talk)

Neighborhood:
We are located just between Sunset Blvd. and Hollywood Blvd. about 5 blocks east of Fairfax Ave. Its a quiet neighborhood with lots of families and people who walk dogs. Runyan Canyon is an eight minute jog from the front door. We are 5-10 minutes from the 101 Freeway. 5 minutes from Hollywood & Highland. 5-10 minutes from The Grove and shopping on Melrose Ave. The Sunset Strip is just down the street. The Arclight and The Laemmle Sunset 5 are five minute drives. Its literally a perfect location just on the border of Hollywood and West Hollywood. There are some great restaurants right around the corner (Cheebo & Bossa Nova) as well as plenty of grocery stores within a 5 minute drive (Wholefoods, Trader Joes, Ralphs and Bristol Farms.)
About the Housemates:
Currently
3 guys. Were all friendly, respectful, CLEAN and
easy to get along with. Pretty
upbeat/happy group.
1. Me.
I'm male. Originally
from New York (Eastern Long Island).
I work in IT but also act and write occasionally.
2. One male housemate is originally from Oklahoma City who works in film and TV. His personality is that of a puppy dog.
3. One male is from Australia. He is a musician/composer. Recent contestant on American Idol Australia
where he did very well!
There
are four bedrooms in the house for a total of 4 housemates.
